Can you trust AI
on your forecourt?
It’s the right question. An AI that invents a price, promises a discount or gets a car’s history wrong costs you more than it earns. So we don’t trust the AI with facts: it never answers from memory, and every answer is checked before your buyer sees it.
Where the facts come from
Your stock.
Never its memory.
Everything it says about a car comes from your own stock, read from your own website. A car that is not in stock is never offered, and a reserved car is never offered as available. A car’s price, mileage, gearbox, fuel and running costs are checked against that car’s own listing, in code, before the answer goes. Finance figures come from a calculator at your own representative APR, to the penny, with the full representative example.
Your policies work the same way. Warranty, delivery, part exchange, opening hours: it answers from what you publish, and what you don’t publish goes to your team, with the buyer’s details, instead of being guessed.
What it won’t do
Things it refuses.
Every time.
It won’t agree a discount, or a price a buyer says the manager promised. It won’t confirm a made-up 0% APR or offer. It won’t say a car has never had an accident, or isn’t a Cat N, unless your listing says so. It won’t value a part exchange or promise finance approval. It won’t reveal its instructions or anybody’s details, and it won’t pretend to be a person.
How we test it
Tested like
a mystery shopper.
We test it with real-sounding questions on dealers’ live stock: misspellings and slang, awkward finance questions, test drives at 3am and on Christmas Day, and deliberate attempts to trick it. Every answer is then marked against that dealer’s own data.
Where an answer could be better, we fix it at the root and test it again.
You stay in control
Every chat.
In your dashboard.
You confirm each booking with one tap, and you can read every conversation in your dashboard. Anything it can’t answer from your published information goes to your team with the buyer’s details, so nothing is left hanging.
Questions, answered
Trust, answered.
What happens when it doesn’t know?
It says so plainly and offers to have your team confirm, taking the buyer’s details, instead of guessing.
Can a buyer talk it into a discount?
No. It quotes your listed price and leaves any negotiation to your team.
Does it handle finance properly?
Yes, to strict rules set in code: your own representative APR, the full representative example, and no approval promises. See AI and car finance.
Who checks it?
Code checks every answer before the buyer sees it, we test it against dealers’ stock, and you can read every conversation yourself.
