Who we are

AI agents for websites,
built by people who know sales.

TradeScale Plus is a technology company for websites. Our agents work on car dealer sites, property agency sites and any other website that lists things people want to find. They answer from the website’s own data, they check every reply, and they hand you a real name and a real number.

The team

The people behind TradeScale Plus.

Ashley Evans, Founder, Product and AI at TradeScale Plus

Ashley Evans

Founder, Product and AI

Ashley spent 15 years selling cars at Citroen, Land Rover and Honda dealers and used car sites, as a salesman and then a sales manager, so he knows where buyers drop off.

He then built TradeScale Plus with the latest frontier AI, designing how our agents think, act and check themselves, from the AI door that lets ChatGPT and other AI assistants read a site’s live listings to the checks on every reply.

He works with the newest AI models every day.

Richard Beagle, Head of Partnerships at TradeScale Plus

Richard Beagle

Head of Partnerships

Richard joins TradeScale Plus bringing a wealth of automotive experience to the company.

He began as a trainee sales adviser and worked up through a range of sales and management roles, across a mixture of family-owned businesses and PLCs.

Richard founded TalkSales Europe Limited and is still very active with it, helping sales teams across the UK improve sales performance and the customer experience. He has delivered workshops and mentoring sessions to help sales people move forward to success.

He works with car dealers, property agencies and web providers to get our agents live.

Why it is built this way

Built to answer from your site and check itself.

Most chat widgets are a form with a personality. Ours was designed around what a buyer actually asks, and what a good salesperson would never do.

  • It answers only from your own website and data, and every reply is checked in code before it is shown.
  • It never invents a figure. Not a price, not a monthly payment, not an APR. If it does not know, it says so and offers to get somebody who does.
  • On a car dealer’s site it never offers a car that has gone. Sold and reserved stock drops out of its answers at the next daily refresh.
  • It asks for the booking or the enquiry, the way a salesperson would, rather than waiting to be asked.
  • It tells the customer where their details are going before it takes them.

That is not caution for its own sake. A business cannot put something on its own website that might quote a price or a rate it made up, and no amount of clever answering is worth that risk.
