Where does the review link go?
Straight to your Google review page, so the customer lands in the right place in one tap. If you have not set one yet, it falls back to a thank-you page.
Can I see who clicked?
Yes. The tracker records who clicked the request, so you can see engagement and follow up warm customers.
Is the whole thing automatic?
The trackable request and tracker are live. Scheduled chase-ups and AI review replies are configured per client, not automatic out of the box. We tell you exactly what runs.
