AI advisor · For the owner
An AI advisor that knows your business.
Not a chatbot with opinions. An AI wired into your live pipeline, conversations, bookings and sales, that you can simply ask: what happened, who should I chase, what is slipping, and what should I do next?
What it is
Owners should not have to dig through screens.
TradeScale Plus builds an AI business advisor into the owner's dashboard. Most business software gives you data and leaves the interpreting to you at 10pm. The advisor flips that: it reads the same live records the rest of the platform maintains, your pipeline, every conversation, your bookings, your stock, your sales, and answers plain questions in plain English.
Because the CRM is maintained by the AI itself, the advisor is working from a record that is actually true, which is what makes its answers worth acting on.
Talk to it
Ask your business anything.
- "What happened overnight?" Calls answered, messages handled, bookings made, leads captured, all summarised.
- "Who should I chase today?" The leads going quiet, the deals stuck at a stage too long, the follow-ups due.
- "How warm is this customer?" A one-click temperature read on any customer: engaged and heating up, or cooling and needing a nudge, with a suggested next move.
- "What is sticking?" For dealers, a slow-stock insight: which cars have sat too long and what the data suggests about pricing.
- "How is the month tracking?" A month-end forecast of units, revenue and profit measured against your own targets, so surprises happen in week two, not on the last day.
The daily brief
One minute, fully caught up.
Every day, the system writes the owner a plain-English brief: what happened since you last looked, what needs attention today, and which customers or deals are most likely to slip. It is written to be read over a coffee, not decoded like a spreadsheet. Deals hitting the stages that matter, negotiating, sale agreed, prep, are flagged for your attention automatically, and the automation engine will already have drafted the messages the brief says are due.
Straight answers
What it does, what it does not.
Advisor, brief, temperature, forecast
The owner-mode advisor chat, the daily brief, per-customer temperature reads, slow-stock insight and the month-end forecast all run in the platform today, generated fresh from your live data and sensibly cached.
It advises, it does not act
The advisor reads, explains and recommends. It does not send messages or change your data. Acting happens elsewhere in the platform, under the same rule as everything customer-facing: the AI drafts, you approve.
Brief delivery beyond the dashboard
The brief lives in your dashboard as standard. Having it pushed to you by email each morning is configured per client during onboarding.
A real scenario
Monday, 7:45am, a dealer opens the dashboard over coffee. The brief says: two test drives booked over the weekend by the AI, one buyer gone quiet six days after asking about finance, the blue Golf now 40 days in stock, and the month tracking two units behind target. He taps into the quiet buyer, reads the AI's temperature summary, approves the chase message it already drafted, and walks onto the forecourt knowing exactly what today is for.
Questions, answered
AI advisor FAQs.
What can I actually ask the advisor?
Anything about the state of your own business as the system sees it: what happened overnight, which leads are going quiet, who is hot right now, what to chase today, how the month is tracking against target. It answers from your live data, not from generalities.
What is in the daily brief?
A plain-English summary in your dashboard covering what happened since you last looked, what needs attention today, and the customers or deals most likely to slip. It is written to be read in a minute over a coffee, not a spreadsheet to decode.
Does it use my real business data?
Yes. The advisor reads the same live records the rest of the platform maintains: your pipeline, conversations, bookings, stock and sales. That is what makes its answers specific, and it is why the CRM being AI-maintained matters so much: the advice is only as good as the record, and the record keeps itself.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is isolated server-side and every request runs on a verified login session. Access by role is controlled and audited: every data access is logged with who, what and when. The platform runs UK GDPR-aligned practices with published security, privacy and data processing pages.
Does the advisor act on its own?
No. The advisor reads, explains and recommends; it does not send messages or change your data. Acting happens elsewhere in the platform under the same rule as everything customer-facing: the AI drafts, you approve.
